Knot-Again’s cutting boards are made from American
hardwoods; Cherry, Black Walnut and Maple. Each board is held together with
non-toxic / FDA approved glue and has wooden biscuits added between the strips
of wood for extra strength. Each cutting board has been soaked in food grade
mineral oil; however, we recommend the continued use of mineral oil to further
protect your cutting board. Knot-Again’s mineral oil is available through
this website.
Wooden cutting boards can tend
to dry out and possibly warp or crack if not properly cared for;
click here for cutting board care.
